Please submit either a video or an essay, but not both. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Scholarship Program Rules

The application deadline is midnight, April 21, 2020, Eastern standard time.

In order to be eligible, you must be a student attending high school in the United States and its territories. Home schooled students who would otherwise be attending high school are also eligible.

When you submit your application, you will receive an email confirmation and your parent/guardian and school point of contact will receive a notification.

One application per student.

If you are submitting a video, double check the URL before you add it to the application form to ensure it is working. Also, make sure you have the “public” setting for it turned on.

If you are submitting an essay, include your name (first, last) and your email address at the top of the page.

Winning students will receive their scholarship monetary award by June 30, 2020. Winning students’ schools will be contacted by June 30, 2020 to coordinate for the delivery of their Stop the Bleed Kits.

National STOP THE BLEED® Day reserves the right to utilize any essay or video content submitted as part of an application for the purpose of promoting the Stop the Bleed campaign.
